There are some common ways which most businesses could share them, such as motivation, hardworking and many more, but don’t forget the feedback. It is an “easy” and “les cost” way which employers could use to improve their employees productiveness. Giving effective feedback will improve communication between both sides and decrease the gap between boss’s expectation and employee’s performance.
